Saint Andrews Crossing HOA is a neighborhood for single-family homes that consists of 60 lots. Started in 2007, homes have been built since that time in keeping with the requirements of the Declaration of the HOA.

Prospective Buyers and owners need to be aware of the basic rules, regulations, and policies of the HOA and the governance of the HOA, and those are summarized in the two documents provided on this page. Owners can access the actual documents from which this information is extracted from the “Owner Resources” page, and full copies of documents are made available to home/lot buyers when a purchase agreement has been reached.

All buyers/real estate agents should be in contact with the HOA prior to a closing to assure that a current status report is available for the close.

Prospective builders should be in contact with the HOA prior to initiation of construction to ensure that HOA construction requirements are met.
